Simplisafe Camera Connection Issues with New 960 6E Orbi
I have a simplisafe system with 2 doorbells, 1 inside camera, and 1 outdoor camera. I've always had issues with my old orbi and simplisafe with connections dropping, etc.
I just bought a brand new orbi 960 wifi 6e system with router and 2 satelittes. I expected this to solve my connection issues. It has for every other device in my house, but not simplisafe cameras.
The 6e has a dedicated 2.45GHz network that I attached the doorbells to. They still have issues. I read this post https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-WIFI-6-AX-AND-Wi-Fi-6E-AXE/Orbi-RBR750-2-4-ghz-extender-needed-help-me/m-p/2220708
With the new 6e, do I still need an extender just for the SS cameras? It's been a year of frustrating performance from my doorbells and before give up on Simplisafe, I'm trying to solve the issue once and for all. I would love some help. Right now, the 6e has the base settings that come out of the box. I installed it 3 days ago, so it's brand new.

The system it shows in the post is not right. i couldn't find the 6E for associated products. I bought this https://www.netgear.com/home/wifi/mesh/rbke963/

Are you using the IoT SSID wifi network for these devices?
Something to contact the Mfr of these devices about regarding there product.

Yes, I am using the IoT network.
Simplisafe is of little help, unfortunately. This is my last hope before I give up and move to something like nest instead.
I came across that post about mesh systems causing problems for doorbells and a 2.4 extender fixing it. ?

Possible however adding another wifi signal source could cause wifi interference problems.
