SIP ALG

Hello,

 

I work in the VOIP field and realized the SIP ALG option isn't working correctly.  I disabled it, under WAN setup and my tests are still showing the SIP ALG option is still enabled.  My Orbi first gen (RBK50) never had this issue before.

    Is this for the RBK852 system? 

    What FW version is currently loaded?

      Yes, this is for the RBK852 new Orbi AX system.  I am on FW V3.2.7.2_1.1.7

        What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

        Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update then disable SIP ALG and test again?
