Sold RBR750 To Friend
I sold my RBR 750 mesh system to a buddy. I removed it from my NETGEAR account, I factory reset the router and satellite. He went to set it up via Orbi app and for for some reason it’s still under my credentials. I log into the app and can connect via “anywhere connect”. I log into my armor.netgear account which I guess is separate and it’s in there as well so I’m guessing it has something to do with armor; btw it’s cannot remove it from the armor.netgear account. How do I remove this thing from my account completely to include armor/bitdefender? How was it not removed when I removed it from my NETGEAR account? It’s not a very secure system if I can see the person I sold it to’s entire network connected devices. Seems like NETGEAR does not concern themselves with security issues. How can I fix this?

- RossmanAspirantThank you for the reply, not to be rude but I already did that. Please reread what I typed.
- RossmanAspirantThanks for the reply, yea I did all that and the netgear armor only allows you to delete devices that are connected to that router: PC/Phone/IPad etc. not the actual router/satellite itself. Like the one poster said above, I’ll most likely need to email netgear directly and have them remove it. Thank you for the information though.
