Unable to set custom primary and secondary DNS servers
I’m having the same issue. Is there going to be a firmware update for this? It’s insane to me that the DNS would be unchangeable without a factory reset - this is a fundamental feature of a router. Disappointed especially after spending almost $1600.00 the flagship model.
Yes should be fine.
If you reset and setup from scratch, just don't enable Armor or SPC when you get to the home page of the router.

What Orbi model do you have?
A factory reset with the RBR will resolve this. I'ts recommended to do this with the RBR disconnected fro the ISP modem or ONT.
Be sure to not enable Armor or SPC after you reset the RBR.- AXE11000

Yeah but any time I want to change it, I have to factory reset it the entire router? This is a $1500 wifi router we're talking about. Seems insane that this fundamental feature wouldn't work??NO. Only if you use Armor or SPC.
