Ah my bad. MBP is Mac Book Pro for me. Mbps is Megabytes per second.
What devices are you connecting to the RBS and seeing this slow and jittering when v.15 FW is loaded? Brand and model please.

I noticed you did a factory reset on the RBS, did you do a factory reset on the RBR as well when you had v.15 loaded? This would have needed to be done as well to help check for continued issues.
