Virgin Router 4 and Orbi Mesh 6 system

Hi

 

I have Virgin 1gig Broadband and Virgin Router 4

I purchased an Orbi Duel Band Mesh WiFi 6 system RBK353

 

The VM Router has been put into Modem only status.

I have filled the instructions from the Orbi App to the letter, or so I think.

Evert thing goes fine until the final check .... all cables fine but no internet.

I have done the installation 3 times and each time the dreaded red cross on No internet. 

I do not know what I am missing or how this can be rectified.

I am 70+ and a tech Luddite so please anybody able to help?

    Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
    Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
    Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on computers and rest of network.
