FINDING NEW ISSUE WITH NEW FIRMWARE V 12.1.11.10_5.4.8
Basically we know we would find issues eventually here is the major issue I am facing, while watching a video on which ever platform the video will freeze for a few seconds then load and come back, mimicking buffering. While this happening there is no disconnection and phone showing full signal bars. Anybody else experiencing this? And is there a fix.

Is there a way to turn down the radio signal meaning the connectivity between router rbr and satellite to satellite? Because in my situation a router and a satellite is not strong enough for me and it seems like 2 satellite and the router is too strong, I am in the room with a satellite and it stays connected to the router thats in the living room. turn off wifi turn it back on and it still connects to the device thats further away which makes no sense to me. if I tuen off a satellite the signal doesnt give full coverage for the house.

Unfortunately, no.

Some info about PE:
NETGEAR Nighthawk/Orbi - Protection Engine Feature FAQ | NETGEAR Communities
Also you can test PE differences over on http://www.grc.comand select there ShieldsUP! test that tests the ports for being OPEN, Closed or Stealth. Stealth is preferred and passing there.
Orbi AX, AXE and BE series had failing results in earlier FW versions. Most recent FW has now been passing with all Stealth results. NG now gives users control of PE to have it enabled or disabled for troubleshooting purposes. Recommend keeping it enabled if no issues are seen. I've not had any issues with it enabled since we've been testing with it.

Yeah. But people here should keep in mind that stealth is not inherently better, especially if you allow some inbound connections to a home server.
There is an article here that outlines some of the tradeoffs:

This link might work better for some:

I went from Firmware V9.13.2.1 (which was really good) to Firmware V12.1.11.10. Flashed both the Satellites first, then the router. Once finished, unplugged them all and did a hard restart (one at a time while waiting). It took a while to connect back to the Internet and each Satellite. The first thing I noticed was some Netflix movie lag/freeze. The same deal happened to my treadmill with iFit, in which it wouldn't even control the speed and incline of the treadmill to the video playing. Both had excellent Wifi signal at full strength.
However, the fix was just letting it iron itself out and restarting those devices.
If you login to the Router settings, does both of the Satellites status appear as "Good"?
Check the new "Protection Engine" option under the "Security" tab and consider toggling that off/on to check if it helps?
It seems to take it's sweet time in connecting both of those, but now it's fine for me. No issues and smooth performance.
Speed test from the Satellites is almost maxed out (937Mbps down / 495Mbps up / 5ms ping) and as much as you get directly from the Router / ISP (950Mbps down / 500Mbps up / 4ms ping)
I'm still curious about the "Protection Engine" and how much of that is local security vs going off to a Cloud? If it was like blocking at first?

Yes both satellites always Good. I haven't check that protection engine thing yet will do. but I notice, the receive link on the phone is low like 77mbps and the transit speed on the phone is 270mbps, with this said I think im having a transfer issue from router to satellite and satellite to satellite . think this house is 2000sqf and I have a 3 pack running but I have thick walls and multiple level.
