I'm seeing frequent disconnects while the router is 'optimizing'

I have a PC connected via ethernet to one of my Orbi satellites. I'm having frequent disconnects once or twice per day. When I check the app, the satellite shows disconnected. The LED on the satellite is flashing white or solid magenta. A few minutes later, it will reconnect. Why is it doing this?

  • What FW version is loaded? 

    Does this also appear on the RBRs web page? 

    What version of Orbi app are you using and what platform? Apple or Anderoid?

     

    How many RBS are deployed? 
    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
    What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)?

     

    What channel configurations are currently set on the router?  

    Is the 240Mhz feature enabled on the RBR under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

    Need you to enable debug logging on the RBR under router IP address/debug.htm

    Enable WAN/LAN capture as well. Observe the RBR event then save off the logs. 

    PM me or Straq with the link to the saved logs put up on some cloud service like onedrive or dropbox.
