NAT loopback fails for clients connected through RBE370 satellite

I get that you need it to work on a forwarded port. I was thinking you could also test an unforwarded port (just to see if port forwarding was part of the problem). But that can't work because the router isn't listening on the destination port. So my bad.
One other question - are you testing using the 370 wifi network? Or are some of the tests using the LAN? When I have a chance, I can try this on my 870 - hopefully other Orbi users can also try it on their systems.
Yeah its the 370 series (RBE370 satellite and RBE371 router). So connected to the satellite the LAN of that service will work but the WAN so the public ip will not work. On the router everything works

Just to clarify - are you connecting to the satellite LAN port, or to the satellite wifi (or have you tried both)?
Yeah i've tried both. Satellite ethernet doesn't work and also satellite wifi doesn't work
