NAT loopback fails for clients connected through RBE370 satellite
I’m using an Orbi RBE371 router with an RBE370 satellite, and I’ve found what looks like a NAT loopbackNAT issue. NAT loopback works normally when a device is connected directly to the main route...

This looks like a satellite-specific NAT loopback issue. Since NAT loopback works directly through the RBE371 but fails through both Wi-Fi and Ethernet on the RBE370, the port forwarding and DDNS are likely fine.
I’d check for firmware updates and any client isolation/routing settings. If there’s no NAT loopback option, using split DNS to resolve the DDNS hostname to the local server IP is a good workaround.

I'm on the latest firmware already and I don't think there are any settings related to that at least I can't find any on the settings page. The problem with the split DNS is that multiple local IPs are port forwarded like port 9000 and port 8000 go to different local IPs
