Actually your not up to date on FW. There is one more recent FW avialble for the RBR and RBS here:

New - RBE770 / RBE771 Firmware Version 10.5.19.5 Released
I recommend updating the RBS first then RBR lastly.

(The most current version is 10.5.19.5)
Do you have a portable device with an Ethernet adapter that can be temporarily connected to the satellite?
(because so few devices are equipped with Ethernet these days, I purchased some Ethernet to USB adapters from Amazon (under $20 each) that allow me to connect my smartphone, tablet, Chromebook, laptop, etc. to Ethernet.)
All devices show firmware up to date. I’ll connect up a wired device to see what happens. Whole network is slow and balky. Latency through the roof. Even when connecting to the router.
