Actually your not up to date on FW. There is one more recent FW avialble for the RBR and RBS here:
Orbi Firmware Releases | NETGEAR Communities
New - RBE770 / RBE771 Firmware Version 10.5.19.5 Released
I recommend updating the RBS first then RBR lastly.
Follow this on how to apply the FW manually:

What firmware version is running on this Orbi 770 system?
(The most current version is 10.5.19.5)
Do you have a portable device with an Ethernet adapter that can be temporarily connected to the satellite?
(because so few devices are equipped with Ethernet these days, I purchased some Ethernet to USB adapters from Amazon (under $20 each) that allow me to connect my smartphone, tablet, Chromebook, laptop, etc. to Ethernet.)

Netgear says I'm up to date, but it's 10.5.18.xxx
RBE, Not RBR

I don't believe it. Tech support guys are always telling me to check my firmware level, but this time, it worked perfectly. I just don't believe it.
Thank you so much!

Of course, since the sat was up and the router wasn't, most devices are now connected to the sat. That'll work itself out, I imagine. There are some devices connected to the router.

Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
