eric3312 do you have a Mac laptop you can walk around with? I use WiFi Explorer Lite app, from the Apple store, it's free and it works great. You will easily see all the info and any/all Orbis you have powered up (or not), including info on every band they are broadcasting:
Ok, I did this. When the issue happens, the satelite is very clearly disabled as it reports in the web GUI of the satellite. It's basically a paper weight until I reboot it.
