I understand that you are having intermediate network connection issues with your RBE771. To mitigate this issue, please update your RBE771 to our latest firmware release version 12.1.7.23.

    eric3312​ Make sure first that you have a 770v2 series. The v12 FW posted by the moderator is NOT compatible with the 770v1 series. There are two different HW revisions. v1 and v2. Both have different FW versions.
