Orbi 770 unstable

I have a relatively new 770 router and 2 satellites. It has become completely unstable, dropping satellites, dropping internet  connection to provider router. Simply stopping. I’ve rebooted, I’ve done factor reset and restart . It works for a couple of days then stops.

before I boot it out to the rubbish tip has anyone got any ideas

    What firmware are you running?

Is the backhaul wired or wireless?

Are any multigig ethernet cables at least cat 6?

Before working on satellites, I'd focus on the router---gateway part.

What modem/gateway do you have from your ISP?

Turn off the satellites and just have the orbi router connected to the ISP's gaetway.

Anything wired to that? Watch for stability. I always start with the first step in the process because its easy to blame the mesh but it won't work well without a stable connection.

I've got the 770v1 and v2 and they've been incredible stable.

Size of home in sq feet?

Distance between the RBR and RBS in feet? 30 feet is starting distance in between them.

Channels being used on the RBR? Try 1 and 40 or 11 and 48?
