Orbi Wi-Fi 7 + Control4 App Connection Issue

Hi Guys

Has anyone used this setup: Starlink modem to Orbi WiFi 7 mesh router with a Control4 smart lighting controller? My Control4 mobile app does not connect to the Control4 hub when on WiFi.

    You have this device in the IoT network or on the main WLAN? 

     

    Check with the devices Mfr for help and support information regarding there product.
