Would be best to check with the retailer your buying from if your outside of the USA or Canada.

Mine is 100-110v here and I'm in the USA.

I presume for those that are out side of this region and buying in there region should have the 240v where applicable and available. Check first.

FURRYe38 Is there a part number on the 971 power supply?  perhaps AD2073F20 (332-11482-02) ?

I'm wondering that too.  My 800 serries have some with part number 332-10883-01, and the label on those goes up to 240v.  Others are 332-11093-02, and they only go up to 120v.

I have a suspicion that perhaps the intent is to purchase the system in the U.S. but then at some future date relocate it to a part of the world that has 240v power rather than the 110v in the U.S.  If the power supply supports all voltages, then only a simple "plug adapter" would be required.

Even so, you probably don't want to use a plug adapter on the US kit.  Sometimes they don't fit that well, and can fall out.

Personally I'd like to see the routers use USB-C power, that way people can easily switch to the adapter that best fits their needs.  Though the normal 5v 2A specs aren't enough, since the current Orbi adapters deliver laptop power levels (40-60 watts).

    Hello maxbloise ,

    Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!

The RBE973 Orbi mesh system is supported in Europe and Asia-Pacific regions. The included power supply will vary to be compatible with each region. To ensure your device will be compatible with the power requirement of your region, purchase the device that supports your region.

Please navigate to the following pages for additional information about included power supplies per region:

It would have been helpful if the Original Poster (OP) described the reason for asking the question.  I have a suspicion that perhaps the intent is to purchase the system in the U.S. but then at some future date relocate it to a part of the world that has 240v power rather than the 110v in the U.S.  If the power supply supports all voltages, then only a simple "plug adapter" would be required.

If not, then new power adapters would be required.  Netgear provides part of the information required to purchase replacement power supplies:

Netgear does not specify the dimensions of the power plug that goes into the router/satellite.  Nor do many of the products for sale on Amazon that claim compatibility.  (One product helpfully shows this picture)
