Orbi Wi-Fi 7 + Control4 App Connection Issue

Hi Guys Has anyone used this setup: Starlink modem to Orbi WiFi 7 mesh router with a Control4 smart lighting controller? My Control4 mobile app does not connect to the Control4 hub when on WiFi.

Please be sure to use the IoT network when using smart lighting controllers. It is best the contact the manufacturer of the device if the Control4 is the only device experiencing this issue.
