Scan to email
Hello, I installed the Orbi 371E and when I try to set up the scan to email on the HP Color Laser Jet MFP M277dw, I cannot get it to work. Any help would be great!

Something to contact the printer Mfr about.
You may need to clear out any email settings on the printer and set them up again as possible IP addressing has changed since new router was put in place.
What makes you think its a router issue and not a printer issue?
The scan to email worked with the older Orbi wireless mesh I had. Then I installed TP Link Deco mesh system which I found out was an issue with that system. I recently upgraded to the Orbi 371e but i cannot get it to scan to email. Maybe the printer/scanner is no longer supported?
Check to see if Armor or SPC is enabled. if so, try disabling these.
If the scan to email failed on another router system, you'll need to get with HP and find out what is happening with that feature on that printer.

There are setup instructions for Windows, Mac, and the web server embedded in the printer.
Which method is being used to set up scan to email?
Does the printer function correctly except for this feature?
It is important to be careful when setting up the destination email address and the credentials for the email account to be used to send the email.
