Support horrible, can someone help me have orbi 970 and they won’t fix it
I have been calling the last 10 days straight and no one has helped me

So give us some details of what is not working with the Orbi system that needs fixing? We have zero idea of the issues at hand. The more details you give the more we can help you out.
- newkid1885AspirantFor the last 10 days I have non working orbi 970 network I have premium support. The team is unable to resolve it. We’ve been going back for back-and-forth Just need them to replace it. Basically, the power cycle is happening every 2 to 3 hours reboot it gets, power LED yellow or amber on back and it just stuck I have to go physically disconnect the power and re connect it to reboot it and then it works for a while same thing again and again and again almost 10 to 12 times throughout the day it’s getting problematic. I don’t know what to do and I’m just stuck and I hope someone can resolve this. There’s an actual case number if you need it, you can message me in privately.
Is this happening with the RBR or the RBS?
Have you swapped power adapters with the RBS or RBR to see if the power LED continues this?
Tried different wall outlet?
How long have you had the system for?

Try disabling all logging on the.
Put a fan on top of the RBR drawing air upwards.
