The 770 Series Sucks

I bought the 770 Series Tri-Band Wifi 7 Mesh 3-pack, and I consistently have trouble with my wifi. I often lose the signal (several times daily), and it makes it difficult to enjoy any streaming servies. I never had this problem with my old Orbi system, which I only got rid of because Netgear no longer supports it.

What can I do?

What WiFi devices are connected to the system?

    Does Ethernet have same issue?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

Do you have a v1 or v2 770 series? v2 will be seen on the bottom sticker if present.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

    How many RBS are deployed?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?

What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?

Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?

What channel configurations are currently set on the router?

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 44 channel on 5Ghz.

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:
