upgrading settings from Orbi 5 to Triband 7?
Hi, I just purchased a Triband 7 orbi to replace my aging 5 system. It is possible or advisable to export my settings from the 5 to set up my 7 system? If so, what is the recommended procedure?

No.
Take screen captures of the older system web pages and manually input then in to the new system.
Which Orbi models do you have?

Hi an Orbi 54 and have ordered an Orbi 770 Series Tri-Band WiFi 7 Mesh
If I put the old ones up for resale, what is the best way to completely clear them of passwords and users, and to delete them from my Netgear account?

A Factory Reset clear everything from the router memory.... (everything)

p.s. It is often a good practice to hold onto the old system until after the new system has been installed and found suitable. (i.e. if you "hate it", you can always "go back" to the previous system.)
That is one reason I always configure a new system with exactly the same WiFi credentials (SSID/password) as the one that is being replaced:
- this means that every WiFi device will connect automatically to the new system, and
- If I decide to "go back", every device will connect to the previous system.
