  • How are the RBS ethernet connected to the RBR? Directly behind the RBR in parallel or is one RBS connected to the other RBS?

Any LAN switches in between the RBS and RBR? Brand and model please if present.

Ethernet connected RBS should be connected using one of the following methods:

What ports are you using on the RBS to connect them? The Multi Gig port or the 1G ports?

What CAT# lan cable are you using? CAT6A STP is recommended for mutli gig port connections past 1Gb.

What FW version is loaded on the system?

CAT5 isn't rated for 1000Mb.100Mb, CAT5e is. However since the ports support speeds beyond 1Gb, It's recommended to use CAT6A STP cabling.
