Unless you have disabled Smart Connect there is just one SSID for 2.4 and 5 GHz.
If a laptop, for example, can't see the router that would mean that all WiFi is dead.
What do the LEDs look like? Is the WiFi LED on?
What modem/gateway/ONT sits between the router and the Internet?
Just another user with time on their hands.
