1. What router do you have? AX6000 is a speed, not a model.
2. Your description doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Some devices can see it but when connected get "connected, no internet" while others can't see it at all? That doesn't make sense. If it wasn't broadcasting, nothing could see it. If its broadcasting and you're connecting devices to it but getting connected, no internet, then it tends to indicate a configuration error. Clarity helps here. Plus screen snips of the routers wifi status page and/or something like insidder or acrylic wifi scanner.
3. What modem/gateway is the router connected to?

Hi all,
1. The model is RAX80
2. Current set-up was working fine for 2.5 years, Wifi 5ghz seems to be online in the admin portal but even though i can connect to it the connection is dropped within 30mins of connecting. Previously it was either not visible at all or when visible devices could not connect. I've performed one more hard reset today which allows devices to connect but as i mentioned connection is lost after approx. 30 mins
Here is the 5ghz set up:
The router is connected via cable straight to the internet outlet.
Wifi LED is enabled and 2.4ghz network works without any issues. Smart connect is disabled

Go in and set your "up to ****" speed from up to 4800mbps to 2400mbps. You're using dfs channels. Not sure how frequently they're used in EU (since it looks like your region) but if a new weather/radar is broadcasting in your area, it could be causing issues. You'll also want to check whats supplying internet. Double nats can cause all kinds of random issues. Its usually not a problem but it could be causing your "connected, no internet' issue.

and after you change it to up to 2400mbps, make sure to select a non-dfs channel for your region.

Hey, changed it to 2400mbps, selected channel 44 is non-dfs channel. Will report back see if it helps!
