This box supplies internet only to my apartment, there is a closed metal box in the apartment building that routes internet to each apartment.
When i changed 5ghz to 4800 mbps the wifi network was no longer visible. 4800 mbps was set as default on my RAX80

You can leave the 5Ghz speed setting at the lower speed. Technically you'll most likely never use or see 4800Mpbs. This speed rate requires devices to support his speed rate and needs to be at close range. Farther away the rate drops off significantly. Also need devices to support 4x4 MIMO which most phones and pads are only 2x2.
If you have factory reset the router and are up to date on FW and the router is working otherwise, you'll be fine.
