Access router remotely in different state RAX45

I have two systems - two states - two accounts. How do I access my other state's router? I was told they couldn't be in same account.  I have RAX45 in one state and Mesh MR60 in second state (where I currently reside). Using Nighthawk app. Only shows router that's local. Thanks
