I am completely frustrated over this damn device. I lost all my wireless channels. Nothing is showing up. I’ve rebooted. Upgrade the firmware. This thing is a piece of crap.

What actual device do you have? AX12 isn't a mode. And there isn't an RAC model. Maybe you mean the RAX200? Is the wifi not broadcasting at all? did you try pushing the wifi on/off button for 2 seconds?

thank you for the reply. I had the model number wrong - RAX200 Nighthawk AX12 Wifi is broadcasting but the Netgear Nighthawk app no longers shows an expanded menu where you have parent controls and the ability to turn devices on/off. All this is now gone.

so wifi is working? just having app issues with parental controls/access controls?

yes - wifi is working. The options in the app are all gone. See attached image. appears like my admin privs were downgraded.
