can not access router and internet
I have a RAX40V2，There have been frequent problems recently。
The problem is “can not access interent and also can not access router”
When the problem occurs
1 The led on the router are normal，but can not access internet
2 wifi can be searched through my phone（2.4G ,5G）
3 can not connect to router（use phone or computer）
4 router address is 192.168.4.1，ping 192.168.4.1 failed
5 power restart，it return to normal
the router works well for more than one year，The problem occurred in the last week or two。（Once every 2-3 day）
Maybe it has something to do with my modification of some configurations
what i have done
1 A mobile hard disk is plugged into the router（i want to use readyshare）
2 i have another router（R6220，address is 192.168.10.1），is connect to RAX40 （lan），it is a subrouter before，but change to be an access point（because i want all devices are in one LAN）。
how do I troubleshoot it

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.thanks for your reply
i think the device and network connected to the wlan port are OK。
The biggest problem I encountered was that I couldn't access to the router 。so i can not find out what happens

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch.
