Empty Attached Devices list on RAX120 - Firmware Version V1.0.1.122

After upgrading to Firmware Version V1.0.1.122 my attached devices list is empty.  I was wanting to create a static address on a new device.   Tried chrome, Firefox. Safari on multiple computers.  Cleared cache, rebooted router, wired and wireless.

the nighthawk app on iOS shows the device list.  40 devices.  But you cannot set a static address on it.

Any ideas?

    Hi Ts937km,

We recommend a factory reset is performed on the router after a firmware update. Please give that a go and let us know the results.

      Thanks.

Updates shouldn't require a factory reset.  That isnt a update in my eyes.

i rolled back to .118 and all is fine.  For me at least.  I'll try again when it's easier to get replacement routers etc.

Same issue here! Ts937km How did you roll back? Where is older firmware to find?!

  • same issue here.

and no correction in sight. I'm very disappointed

Downgrading to version 118 fixes the problem temporarily.

I always early adopt updates around my tech, but maybe with Netgear I have to think again :smileyfrustrated:

  • Maybe this is a Safari problem? Do you use Safari? I manage to get my device list back by using Chrome on a Windows PC.

Nope if you read the original post I stated that.  Multiple computers, Windows, Mac, Chrome, ipad, android.  Chrome, Firefox, Safari, wired, wireless..

I have the same issue. I finally figure out that the issue corrects itself when I disconnect (close) my mid-2010 MacBook Pro. Weird.
