Gaming NAT and latency RAX200 Help
1. RAX200 with 2 xbox series x on network would not allow open NAT for both consoles at the same time. Xbox settings》Advanced settings》Alternate port selection》 Manual》choose different alternate port and now both consoles have open NAT. RESOLVED
2. Latency Issues over 60ms on both consoles. I have tried various troubleshooters and unable to bring it down. I switched from Spectrum 100mb to 1G plan and upgraded modem to arris sb8200 and router to the RAX200 to accommodate technical requirements for the speeds. Before the service upgrade average xbox latency was below 20ms. Any help or advice would be appreciated, guessing its the xbox servers but the timing of service and equipment upgrading etc. maybe an issue as well.

Set NAT Fiter to OPEN for two or more game consoles being online at the same time.

Wireless or wired? Wired is preferred
What is the CAT# cable between the modem and router? CAT6 is recommended.
Run a pingplotter.com with a wired PC connected to the ISP modem only and see if your ISP service line is showing good ping times
