Gig LAN ports only outputting half speed

I recently upgraded my internet package from 500 mbps to 1.2 gbps but it seems my devices on the LAN ports are only receiving about 490-545mbps.  Anything connected to the 5 or 6 GHz Wifi see the full 1.2 gbps and using different devices on the LAN ports all receive this lower speed. I checked that the current firmware was installed and factory reset the router to no aval. I've tried different cables, confirming they are Cat6.  The settings on the router itself are limiting but I can't seem to find any settings to test further.  Any help is appreciated, thanks!

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

If you have a ISP speed service package now, did you set the RAXE500 for the Multi gig port to use for it's internet connection on the routers web page? Or you still using the yellow 1Gb internet port still?

Sounds like you have the MG port used to connect to the modem if your getting 1.3Gb over wifi which is expected.

You'll not see much over 900Mpbs on the LAN ports due to there max connection rate is 1Gb.
