i have the mk62 and the satellite won't connect to the router

I have the MR60 and one MS60 satellite and i do the re sync for the satellite and it is blue for about 3 seconds before going back to amber and when i use the wifi it is very laggy. When i try and update the router and satellite and it says the satellite file is incorrect and half the time i cant even get onto the router management website. if anyone knows how to help me please let me know. also in the nighthawk app it shows i have 2 satelite 1s. is there a way to just reset it completely to factory new? or to reset the satelite?

    Hi Lucci, 

     

    You may factory reset your units by holding down on the reset button for 15+ seconds located on the back. After doing so, you should be able to run through the setup assistant again.

      do i have to reset both or just the sattelite?

        Lucci - For now, I would suggest just factory resetting the satellite and attempt to re-sync it back to the router.
