NETGEAR Nighthawk AX2400 AX6 5-Stream WiFi 6 RAX30

I have an issue with the router.

The internet LED is off and the only way to get the internet back is to restart the router.

It happens almost every week.

After turn it off and on then the internet connection is back

Can someone please let me know what is the issue?

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

      It has the latest firmware 1.0.7.78

      See attached the ONT picture

      We use cat 5e and it should be ok. We just bought it like 5 months. As soon as I restart it then it works again.

        Do you happen to know if there a is built in router at the ONT or just a ONT only? I presume it's just an ONT. 

         

        I would recommend CAT6 for sure though.

         

        What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
        Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

         

        What devices do you all have connected to the router? 

        Any other devices near by the router?
