Netgear Nighthawk AX3000

I Currently purchased this router because I needed something newer and more up to date. I set everything up as the netgear app instructed me to. I was able to stream on it flawlessly for about 4-5 days with zero issues. after day 5 My router just magically got disconnected from the internet. Not sure why this was happening. I then reached out to my ISP to see if it was something on their end of it all. They replied "nope, our end everything looks fine. try resetting your router and see if that does the trick." I did just that! however it didn't resolve my issues. I still couldn't stay connected to the internet. I used my old router to see if it could be a cable issue, but I was immediately able to use my old router with no problems. Not sure what more I can do. I know people have mentioned going to an older update. However in doing so it might just be a temporary fix, rather than a solution.  Any help in this matter would be great.

ps. I am on Fiber optic Internet. so, I am using WAN Port to run my router.

      RAX40

Everything drops. the internet light will disconnect.

I have a local fiber company in my area. Huxley Communications is the name.
