Netgear RAX35 setting by browser keep revert

Hi

I tried to change the wireless SSID and paword on Netgear RAX35 but keep revert to default SSID and password (the one on the back of router) even I updated router the the newest firmware. Tried all different browser Fire Fox, Edge, Chrome, Safari and disable antivirus and firewall all without sucess. Please help!

    This sounds like a bug. Have you opened a support ticket? If not or your 90 days free suppport has expired, revert to a previous firmware version and do a factory reset and configure from scratch

      .microchip8. Thanks for the replied. I already factory reset that is why the SSID and password keep revert to default. I will try revert the firmware later when I am home (at work now) but that happen on the old and then newest firmware.Do you think the web browser have anything to do with the issues? Thanks in advance.

        It depends, but in your case I highly doubt that. If you tried many different browsers and it still happens, then there's a bug in the firmware and/or Web UI. If it's really a bug, then I can't help much. Best is to contact NETGEAR and see what they say (unless your 90 days free support has expired)
