Nightawk AX8 AX6000 WiFi router cannot connect always
Hi,
I always cannot connect my wifi router, e.g. I chose 5GHz network, can use WhatsApp only but I browsed website not successful, then I turned to 2.4GHz can use a while, but browsed other page then not connect, please help

What modem/gateway do you have?
What firmware is on the RAX?
Does this always happen?
Is it only happening on 1 device or all devices?Does it happen to devices that are hardwired in?

No, problem in all devices included iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and XboxThe RAX is the router. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
Have you tried a factory reset and a clean install?
