Nighthawk A12 don't detect the HDD attach to the USB port
Hello. I have a small problem with my Nighthawk A12 or RAx 120. Everything was fine until today I try to access to my files with my app ReadyCloud ( the same problem occurred when I use and web page readycloud.netgear.com)and I was surprised when I can't see my files. I can see the router Ax 12 but not my files because hdd attached to my router is Invisible. i have attach the Hdd WD to USB port 1 on my router.
There is no problem when I want to transfer my files through my home network. my PC can see HDD attached to the router. Thanks

May you try reverting to the previous firmware version and letting us know if there are any improvements.

Hello Lach,
What firmware version is your router currently on? Have you had a chance to reboot the router?

- LachAspirantHi. I update it with the last firmware 1.0.1.122. I restart the router but is the same. I think the last firmware causes the problem. The app and website readycloud doesn't detect the hdd attach to the router. Thanks
