Nighthawk aX 12 12 stream try being a X Wi-Fi router

Question

I keep trying to do the new firmware update had to router for just under a year have three weeks for my warranty left it find my router download it it says it's updating but just sits there and spins reboot my router and tried again 50 to tempt it just still sits there and spins forever try to contact support can't get through to anybody I need a phone number cannot find a phone number anywhere please help

Is this for the RAX router series? If so, then you need to post over in the RAX router forum:
