Nighthawk AX12 Fan not working

Is anyone else havinbg issues with the fan not working in the router? I have already sent one back and the replacement seems to have the same issue.

    they have a thermal limit when they turn on. They don't run all the time and on my RAX200, it rarely runs. I've only gotten it to run with putting a massive load on the router

      And where the h*** is netgear support here?
      I never see them posting anything in here.
