Nighthawk AX12 RAX120v2 firmware: v1.2.8.40 dropping connection
RAX120v2 (serial start with 6K0) constantly (at least once a day) drops the internet-connection. Wifi devices disconnect, hardwired devices loose internet connection. Both lights on top of the router are off (wifi and WPS), also the lights on front that light up when there is a connection. The whole process takes for a few minutes before things go back to "normal".
I have no close neighbours that can cause interference, tried several setups like only 2,4Ghz, only 5Ghz, different channels, no luck so far.
Here is a link to the latest beta firmware you may want to try it and see if it fixes your issue. https://ntgr.my.salesforce.com/sfc/p/#300000000xsV/a/8b000000lpfE/ewZuT7whqirNo5U_QG.WfrQU.h0pa5dqpbB3qz_Qi3o

I recommend a factory reset and setup from scratch AFTER applying this FW. A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

Yep, read that on the forum the other day and tried it. Looked good for a few days and then it all started again
Did you do the factory reset as well?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many? What devices do you have connected to the router?
