NIGHTHAWK AX8 CANNOT SAVE DEVICE NAMES

Hello Again.

I have run into another issue on my NIGHTHAWK AX8 , I cannot save device names.

On the device manager section, you can select the individual devices and edit them but when you click done and then save you get Sorry, the action was failed. Please try again. It never works have tried many times over a couple of days and a few reboots.

 

I see there are a few old threads with similar issues but not really any solutions .

Anyone know the fix?

    May you confirm whether you're on the Nighthawk App or the web GUI.

      Hi Christian,

       

      It is only with my iPhone I am having the problem. I was able to get in and make the changes from my desktop computer.

      Now that I have it setup correctly, it is just  a matter of curosity why I cannot do it from the phone.
