I can not get my Verizon/Samsung LTE Network Extender to set up and initialize. I have not contacted my ISP since I don't have total confidence in their customer support. Has anyone had similar issues or know what changes I should make to my Netgear router for this to work?

I made both of those changes but that has not helped. Could my ISP be blocking it in any way?

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and was connecting fine before. The problem is not that my phone won't connect to the extender. The extender is not connecting to the Verizon network. Verizon says the extender is working properly and that I should contact my ISP. I don't see why my ISP could make a difference.

My Modem: Arris TM822Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender model SLS-BU103I did contact Verizon. Their response was that there was no issue on their end and that the network extender was connected to a router that may not be configured for use with a network extender.

When you log into the rax, are you able to see the LTE extender in the attached devices page?
