Please help, All we did was go into and change the password and now have limited access on our internet since last friday, I have called over 8 times and the worst service I have ever experienced with Net Gear. I have now reset the modem and router and still have limited acces and all we tried to do was reset a passord. Please help us get back online

Yes I have he RAX40 connected to a Netgear modem
I do not know about a firmware.
All I did was attempt to change a password and we have been down since last friday??
Try a simple factory reset and reinstall?
push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while the router is powered on.
then reinstall it
