Is it possible to connect A Nighthawk RAX40 to a Verizon Jetpack(Hotspot)?

Techie just here says it can't be done.

The best people to ask for help are those who understand what the Verizon Jetpack (Hotspot) is and what it can do.
The RAX40 is sinmply a router. Forget the model number, look for advice on how to use the Verizon Jetpack with any router.
