No internet access via 2.4ghz or ghz6 bands with RAXE300
Hi all,
My router is configured to allow access 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz and 6Ghz bands - I have many devices that can only connect to 2.4Ghz.
Multiple times a day, I will notice that my 2.4Ghz devices are unresponsive. Checking WiFi options on my phone - 5Ghz band connects to internet, while connecting to 2.4/6Ghz bands results in a "connected without internet access" message. 5Ghz works fine, however.
Rebooting my router allows all 3 bands to access the internet; but the problem recurs after 8-12 hours.
I performed a factory reset of my router and the problem persists. This problem was ongoing when I was connected to a modem; I just switched service providers and a modem is no longer involved. I have tried to rule out all external factors and I am now at a loss. Any advice?

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Is Smart Connect enabled or disabled?
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
- RouterQuestionsAspirantNo FW update is listed as available after factory reset. V.1.0.7.62.
I cannot find the Smart Connect option in the Nighthawk app - but isn't that what condenses everything into one network listing? When I search for WiFi networks I do always see 3 bands/network options.
No modem is being used (regardless, this is unchanged after switching out Xfinity modem). Provider is Burlington Telecom. Wall outlet, yes. Using Cat6 cables.
Channel settings are currently AUTO for 2.4ghz, 44 for 5Ghz and 37(PSC) for 6Ghz
EDIT: I found Smart Connect, it is not enabled.

New FW is listed here:

Something to try and see.
Factory reset and setup from scratch after loading the FW file.

Any progress on this?
