RAX10 Cannot connect MItel 5330 or 5320 for teleworking
I'm trying to setup my company's Mitel 5330 or 5320 phones that they have given to me for teleworking (they gave me the 5320 to try after the 5330 wasn't connecting). They have said everything looks good and they aren't sure why I cannot connect. I'm thinking that it has something to do with the phone not showing up in my Attached Devices on either the app or browser. I've connected it via ethernet in both ports 1 and 2. I'm still testing out the other two ports in hope that it will connect.
Currently, I am updated to v1.0.10.110 for firmware and have done both reboots and a factory reset.
without knowing more about your actual connection to your isp, its a little challenging.
You can try putting the router in access point mode. If the ISP has its own routing setup, it'll let that device control the ip address from the mitel. If it doesn't work, you'd need to factory reset the router to get back in.

You didn't really give us much to go off.
1. what modem/gateway is the RAX10 connected to?
2. Are you using a powered adapter for the mitel? The mitel doesn't have a dedicated power port so it uses a POE injector to power it.
3. have you watched the install guide? or went through the mitel menu? If so, where is it failing in the process?
4. are any other devices having issues? Hav eyou contacted Mitel for help?
heres an install video for the mitel.

2. 1. My ISP says I connect through a switch. I just plug into the wall. I did test the Mitel phone through the wall connection and it connected without any issues.
2. Yes, I use a POE injector
3. I'm following the instructions given to me by our IT people. They are the same as the video you provided. They also provided me to setup using the Teleworker stuff (holding 7 at boot, following setup until I setup the gateway, saving and rebooting)
4. This is the only device I have issues with.
You connect through a switch?
Who's your isp and what switch is this?
Do you have a group internet like how some apartments set it up?
If you set the Mitel's ip address into the netgears dmz, does that work?
