RAX15 Loses Internet

Having an issue with my RAX15 (AX1800) router seemingly loosing internet entirely to all devices. Purchased in January and have been having the issue pretty much since I got however it only really got bad around March to April (pretty conveinent). I had assumed that it would get better since the last router I had was a WNDR4300v2. Figured it was the setup so I was adjusing it and giving it some time to see if it would resolve itself and around Februry to most of March, it did.

In late March and April (and pretty much since then), the issue has shown up pretty consistently where the internet will just go down entirely. I doubt it's the modem (CM1000) since I never had any issues with it previously and it rated to handle gigabit internet. None of the lights on the modem are ever off when the issue occurs either.

When I contacted Netgear in Netgear, we only got to a few prelimainary troubleshooting before my support was up. After the changes, it helped for almost a week before it cropped up again. Cox never sees an issue on their end. Disabled almost every new feature that the previous modem didn't have (MU-MIMO, Beamforming) none of it has helped. AX is still on, really much rather not disable that given that's the primary pull of the modem.

Any help would greatly appreciated.

As a side note, I have noticed for quite some time in my logs that the router is picking up an attempted "DoS: Fraggle Attack" about 15 times every 2 minutes. I'm not sure what it is and the IP address is not familiar to me. Given that it never escalates to anything else, I'm not really sure how to really handle that outside of just factory reseting the router to clear the SSID.
