RAX20 - It has power issue
I bought RAX20 last August and works as expected.
I found there was update yesterday and updated it.
Right after updating, it was working.
But this morning I found that WIFI was not connected and checked router.
Router was turned off.
I tried to turn on and checked adapter and power but it doesn't turn on.
Is there any case like me?
Please let me know.

If you bought it in august it should be in warranty.
I'd try a different outlet as well.
To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.- Anonymous
To turn the power on and off on my RAX20 you have to press and hold the button in for a couple of seconds before it does anything.
If you just single tap/press the button it doesn't do anything, though i'm guessing it can't be that if it was working and then suddenly powered off.
I tried to press power button more than 1 minute but nothing happens.
I also checked power adapter with other device and it is not adapter issue.
I submit support for this two days ago but status is not changing for two days.
I don't think Netgear didn't check support page.
Do I need to make phone call for this?
Please let me know.
Go through the support site and call the number through that.
