Rax29 AX2400

I have a Fios internet router as main and installed 3 Netgear wifi routers as AP.... AX2400, Rax10 and R7000. Both Rax10 & R7000 status says "Connected" but the AX2400 says "not connected" but it is working fine. Why is this?

AX2400 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AX tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.

Look at the label on the device for the model number.

  • Do you actually have it set to access point mode?

Also, is it connected via its wan port?

Yes, all was setup at the same time via netgear AP automatic install after factory reset. All are connected via wired (not on WAN port). My network is running fine but that "not connected" msg is ?????

The subject line of your original post indicates you have a RAX29 plus the other routers configured as APs.

I would suggest your power down your Fios router and the three APs (pull the power cord).  Connect the Ethernet cords from your router to the WAN input port on each of your APs.  Power up the router and then the APs one at a time and give them time to boot.  Then check the connection status on each of your APs.
